Warranty Policy
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
At MICHEAL PA LLC, we want our customers to have confidence in the automotive products they purchase from us. This Warranty Policy explains how product warranty claims are handled for products purchased through our website.
Warranty coverage may vary by product, manufacturer, brand, and product category. Customers should always review the specific warranty information provided on the applicable product page, product documentation, or manufacturer’s warranty information.
1. Warranty Coverage
Certain products sold by MICHEAL PA LLC may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or a limited warranty specifically stated for the product.
Where a warranty is offered, the applicable warranty period and coverage will generally be identified on the product page, product documentation, packaging, or other applicable materials.
A warranty generally covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
A warranty does not automatically cover every problem that may occur after purchase.
2. Manufacturer Warranties
Some automotive parts and accessories are covered directly by the original manufacturer.
When applicable, MICHEAL PA LLC may assist customers with the warranty process, but the final determination regarding manufacturer warranty coverage may be made by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranty terms may include specific requirements regarding:
- Warranty duration
- Eligible products
- Installation
- Vehicle application
- Proof of purchase
- Installation by a qualified professional
- Required documentation
- Return procedures
- Inspection or testing
- Replacement or repair options
Customers should retain their order confirmation, receipt, product information, and other purchase documentation.
3. Warranty Period
The applicable warranty period depends on the specific product.
If a product page or manufacturer documentation provides a specific warranty period, that warranty period will apply to the applicable product.
If no warranty is expressly stated, customers should contact MICHEAL PA LLC before assuming that a separate warranty applies.
Warranty periods generally begin from the date of purchase or delivery, depending on the applicable product or manufacturer’s warranty terms.
4. What Is Generally Covered
When applicable, warranty coverage may include defects resulting from:
- Defective materials
- Manufacturing defects
- Defective workmanship
- Other issues specifically covered by the applicable product warranty
Warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the product.
5. What Is Generally Not Covered
Unless expressly covered by the applicable warranty, warranty claims generally do not include problems resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Improper installation
- Incorrect installation
- Improper use
- Misuse or abuse
- Neglect
- Modification or alteration
- Unauthorized repairs
- Racing or competition use
- Use outside the manufacturer’s specifications
- Installation on an incompatible vehicle
- Incorrect vehicle application
- Improper maintenance
- Environmental damage
- Corrosion caused by improper use or environmental conditions
- Damage caused by another component
- Damage occurring after delivery
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality
This list is not exhaustive and may vary depending on the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
6. Automotive Part Installation
Automotive parts should be installed by a qualified professional when professional installation is recommended or required.
Before installation, customers should verify:
- Vehicle year
- Make
- Model
- Trim
- Engine
- Part number
- OEM/reference number
- Product specifications
- Compatibility information
Customers should inspect the product before installation.
If a product appears damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or incompatible, please contact MICHEAL PA LLC before installing the product.
Installing a product after identifying or reasonably suspecting that it is incorrect or damaged may affect eligibility for a warranty claim or return.
7. Labor and Installation Costs
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable warranty, warranty coverage does not automatically include:
- Installation labor
- Removal labor
- Diagnostic fees
- Towing
- Transportation costs
- Rental vehicles
- Lost time
- Lost income
- Additional parts
- Shop fees
- Other incidental expenses
Customers should confirm warranty coverage before incurring installation or repair expenses related to a suspected warranty issue.
8. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact MICHEAL PA LLC before sending the product back.
Please provide as much of the following information as possible:
Order Number:
Customer Name:
Email Address:
Product Name:
Part Number:
Vehicle Year / Make / Model:
Date of Purchase:
Description of the Problem:
Photographs or Video:
Depending on the product and circumstances, we may request additional information, photographs, installation records, diagnostic information, or other documentation.
9. Inspection and Verification
Warranty claims may be subject to inspection or verification.
We may request that the product be returned for evaluation or that additional information be provided before a warranty determination is made.
A product will not necessarily be considered defective solely because it does not meet a customer’s expectations or because another component of the vehicle has failed.
The final warranty determination will be based on the applicable product warranty, available documentation, product condition, and other relevant information.
10. Warranty Resolution
If a valid warranty claim is approved, the available resolution may include, depending on the applicable warranty:
- Replacement of the product
- Replacement of a defective component
- Repair
- Refund
- Store credit
- Manufacturer-directed resolution
The available remedy may depend on the manufacturer’s warranty terms, product availability, and applicable law.
A replacement product may be the same product or a functionally equivalent product when the original product is no longer available.
11. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
Customers should contact MICHEAL PA LLC before returning a product for warranty evaluation.
Shipping responsibilities may vary depending on the reason for the claim, the applicable warranty, and the manufacturer’s requirements.
Do not ship a product to us without receiving return instructions when a warranty return is required.
12. Warranty and Returns Are Separate
A warranty claim and a standard product return are not necessarily the same process.
A product may qualify for a return under our Refund & Return Policy without being defective, while a warranty claim generally involves a qualifying defect or issue covered by an applicable warranty.
Customers should review both policies when determining the appropriate process.
13. No Automatic Warranty on All Products
Not every product sold by MICHEAL PA LLC necessarily includes a separate warranty.
Warranty availability may vary based on the product, manufacturer, brand, product category, and applicable documentation.
If a product does not include a manufacturer’s warranty or an expressly stated limited warranty, no additional warranty should be assumed beyond rights provided by applicable law.
14. Manufacturer Contact
In certain circumstances, the manufacturer may require customers to submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer.
When this occurs, MICHEAL PA LLC may provide available purchase information or reasonable assistance to help the customer contact the appropriate manufacturer.
15. Consumer Rights
This Warranty Policy does not intend to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal or state law.
Where applicable law provides consumers with additional warranty rights or remedies, those rights remain unaffected.
16. Changes to This Warranty Policy
MICHEAL PA LLC may update this Warranty Policy from time to time.
Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Customers should review the policy applicable at the time of their purchase.
